Confess your sins Almighty and merciful Father, I have strayed from thy ways like lost sheep I have followed too much the devices and desires of my own hearts I have offended against thy holy laws I have left undone those things which I ought to have done and I have done those things which I should have not done But thou,O LORD have mercy on me spare me for i confess my faults restore me thou those who are pentient Accordigy to thy promises declared unto mankind in JESUS our LORD and grant o merciful father, for his sake, That i may live here after a GODLY, and sober life, to the glory of thy holy name.
